摘　　要：目的探讨NDRG1基因在乳腺癌转移中表达及意义。方法采用免疫组化半定量积分法检测乳腺癌组织NDRG1基因的表达。结果淋巴结转移组比无淋巴结转移组癌组织NDRG1基因表达明显降低(P<0.01);NDRG1基因表达与淋巴结转移呈负相关。淋巴结转移癌组织中,NDRG1基因在原发癌组织中的表达明显高于淋巴结转移癌组织达,差异明显,具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 NDRG1表达的下调参与了乳腺癌的转移机制,NDRG1基因过表达可能对乳腺癌转移起抑制作用。Objective To investigate the expression and significance of NDRG1 gene in breast cancer metastasis. Methods The expression of NDRG1 gene in breast cancer tissues was detected by immunohistochemical method. Results The expression of NDRG1 gene in the lymph node metastasis group was significantly lower than that in the non lymph node metastasis group（ P〈0. 01）. The expression of NDRG1 gene was negatively correlated with lymph node metastasis. The expression of gene in the primary tumor tissues was significantly higher than that in the lymph node metastasis,and the expression of NDRG1 gene was significantly different from that of the lymph node metastasis（ P〈0. 01）. Conclusions The down-regulation of NDRG1 expression may be involved in the metastasis of breast cancer,and the over expression of NDRG1 may inhibit the metastasis of breast cancer.
