心得安与泼尼松分别联合平阳霉素治疗儿童真性血管瘤的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探究分析心得安与泼尼松分别联合平阳霉素治疗儿童真性血管瘤的临床疗效。方法选取我院自2013年3月至2015年3月期间收治的真性血管瘤患儿78例,作为临床研究对象。将所有患儿进行随机分组,实验组患儿39例,采用局部静注平阳霉素联合口服心得安治疗;对照组患儿39例,采用局部静注平阳霉素联合口服泼尼松治疗。观察记录两组患儿用药两周后血管瘤大小、质地、颜色变化情况,比较其出现睡眠改变、胃肠道反应、心率减慢及局部组织坏死等不良反应情况,综合比较其临床疗效。结果实验组患儿用药后出现睡眠改变、胃肠道反应、心率减慢及局部组织坏死等不良反应分别较对照组患者均明显偏低,且其治疗显效率和总有效率(56.41%、96.87%%)明显高于对照组患儿(28.21%,69.23%),P<0.05,差异具有显著统计学意义。结论静脉用平阳霉素联合心得安相较于常规泼尼松联合平阳霉素对儿童真性血管瘤治疗效果明显,患儿瘤体改善情况好,颜色明显变浅、消退,不良反应少,有一定的临床优势,值得推广使用。Objective To explore and analyze the clinical efficacy of propranolol and prednisone respectively combined with Pingyangmycin in the treatment of children hemangioma. Methods Selected 78 cases of children with hemangioma who were treated in our hospital from March 2013 to March 2015 as clinical study objects. All patients were randomly divided into two groups,39 cases in experimental group used local Pingyangmycin intravenous injection combined with oral propranolol treatment. 39 cases in control group used local injection of Pingyangmycin combined with oral prednisone therapy. Observed and recorded tumor size,texture,color changes, the appearance changes of sleep, gastrointestinal reaction, heart rate and adverse reactions of local tissue necrosis after two weeks of treatment, compared their clinical curative effect comprehensively. Results In experimental group,adverse reactions such as gastrointestinal reaction,sleep change,change of heart rate and tissue necrosis were significantly lower than control group after the use of drug,effective rate and total efficiency of experiment group（ 56. 41%,96. 87%） were significantly higher than control group（ 28. 21%,69. 23%）,P〈0. 05. Conclusions Intravenous Pingyangmycin combined with propranolol has more obvious effect in the treatment of children hemangioma,the improvement of patients ＇ tumor is better,the color became shallow,and it has less adverse reaction and certain clinical advantages,worthy to be popularized.
