膀胱嗜铬细胞瘤2例围手术期护理

摘　　要：目的探讨膀胱嗜铬细胞瘤的疾病特点和围手术期的护理经验。方法回顾我院自2010年4月至2013年7月诊治的2例膀胱嗜铬细胞瘤患者的临床资料,均为女性,其中表现为排尿后头晕、面色苍白、虚汗等症状患者1例,无症状患者1例,均按嗜铬细胞瘤做术前准备,均行膀胱部分切除术治疗。结果 2例患者术后恢复顺利,无并发症出现,血压正常,术前症状改善满意,术后长期随诊,无肿瘤复发。结论手术治疗膀胱嗜铬细胞瘤中,充分全面的围手术期护理,可有效降低手术风险和死亡率,减少并发症的发生。Objective To investigate the clinical feature and perioperative nursing experience of bladder pheochromocytoma. Methods Clinical datas of 2 cases of bladder pheochromocytoma treated during April 2010 and July 2013 were reviewed. Patients included 2 female,one case presented with the symptoms of dizziness,pale and sweating after urination, and the other one had no symptom. All patients received preoperative adrenergic blockade and volume expansion and underwent partial cystectomy. Results The 2 patients recovered after operation and had no complications,the preoperative symptoms improve satisfactorily,they were followed up for long- term and none had tumor recurrence. Conclusions During the operation treatment of bladder pheochromocytoma,abundant and comprehensive perioperative nursing could reduce the operation risk,the mortality,and the incidence of complications effectively.
