摘  要:目的研究低场磁共振液体反转恢复序列(T1FLAIR)在脑肿瘤诊断中的应用价值。方法采用T1FLAIR序列和传统自旋回波(SE T1)序列对31例脑肿瘤患者进行检查,比较病灶图像显示质量、清晰度,以术后病理结果为金标准,对检出率进行比较。结果 T1FLAIR序列显示31例患者39处病灶,分别位于脑灰白质、皮层、皮层下、蛛网膜下腔和脑室内,与病理结果比较检出符合率为100%,常规SE T1序列检出29例患者33处病灶,检出率为84.62%,两种序列检出率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。T1FLAIR对病灶边缘显示清晰32处,清晰率为82.05%,SE T1对病灶边缘显示清晰20处,清晰率为51.28%,两种序列清晰度比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论低场磁共振液体反转恢复序列图像清晰度高,可提高病灶的检出率,在脑肿瘤的诊断中具有较高的价值。Objective To study the application value of low field magnetic resonance imaging with fluid-at-tenuated inversion recovery sequence (T1FLAIR) in the diagnosis of brain tumors. Methods T1FLAIR sequence and conventional spin echo (SE T1) sequence were applied to inspect 31 patients of brain tumor. The display quality and clarity of images were compared. The detection rates were compared with postoperative pathological results as golden standard. Results T1FLAIR sequence displayed 39 lesions in 31 patients, located in the cerebral grey matter and white matter, cortex, cortex, subarachnoid and intraventricular, which showed a coincidence rate of 100%with patho-logical results. Conventional SE T1 sequences detected 33 lesions in 29 patients, and the detection rate was 84.62%. The detection rates of the two sequences had statistically significant difference (P〈0.05). T1FLAIR showed clear im-age on the periphery of the lesion in 32 locations, with the clear rate of 82.05%, while SE T1 showed clear image in 20 locations, with the clear rate of 51.28%. There was statistically significant difference between the two sequences (P〈0.05). Conclusion Low field magnetic resonance imaging with T1FLAIR sequence has high clarity and can improve the detection rate of lesions, which has a high value in the diagnosis of brain tumors.
