苯丙胺所致精神障碍治疗中奥氮平的应用效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨不同剂量奥氮平治疗苯丙胺所致的精神障碍临床疗效,旨在指导临床给药。方法选取吉安市第三人民医院2014年6月—8月收治的苯丙胺所致的精神障碍患者66例为研究对象,随机分为3组,每组22例。分别给予小剂量、中等剂量和稍大剂量的奥氮平治疗。记录患者简明精神病评定量表(BPRS)和不良反应发生情况。结果经治疗4周后,患者BPRS评分较治疗前显著下降(P<0.05),中等剂量的奥氮平疗效最好,不良反应低,差异具有统计学意义。结论给予中等剂量奥氮平治疗苯丙胺所致的精神障碍4周后效果最佳。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of mental disorders induced by different doses of olanzapine in the treatment of amphetamine,to guide the clinical medication. Methods Selected in our hospital in June 2014 August were amphetamine induced mental disorder patients 66 cases as the research object and randomly assigned to three groups( n = 22). Were given small dose,middle dose and large dose of olanzapine in the treatment of slightly. Records of patients with the Brief Psychiatric Rating Scale( BPRS) and adverse reactions were recorded. Results After 4 weeks of treatment,compared with before treatment,patients with BPRS scores decreased significantly( P < 0. 05),medium dose of olanzapine best,adverse reactions of low,the difference is statistically significant. Conclusion Mental disorders given moderate doses of olanzapine in the treatment of amphetamine induced 4 weeks after the best effect.
