氟桂利嗪与米安色林联合治疗偏头痛临床疗效及安全性观察

摘　　要：目的观察氟桂利嗪与米安色林联合治疗偏头痛的临床疗效及安全性。方法选择2012年12月—2015年1月佛山市第一人民医院收治的90例偏头痛患者临床资料,按照治疗时不同治疗方案分成两组,对照组40例采用氟桂利嗪治疗,研究组50例采用氟桂利嗪联合米安色林治疗,比较两组疗效及安全性。结果研究组治疗总有效率明显大于对照组,差异具统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应比较无显著差异,无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论氟桂利嗪与米安色林联合治疗偏头痛的临床疗效显著且安全性高,具临床推广价值。Objective To observe the flunarizine and m Ann color Lin joint clinical curative effect and safety for the treatment of migraine. Methods A retrospective selection in December 2012- January2015 in our hospital treated 90 cases of migraine patients clinical data,according to different therapy treatment is divided into two groups,control group 40 cases treated with flunarizine,team of 50 cases with flunarizine combined m Ann Lin treatment of color,compared two groups of curative effect and safety. Results Treatment group total effective rate significantly greater than the control group,the difference has statistical significance( P < 0. 05); Two groups of adverse reactions was no significant difference,no statistical significance( P > 0. 05). Conclusion Flunarizine increases hearing level and m Ann color Lin noticeable the clinical curative effect of combined treatment of migraine and high safety,worth clinical promotion.
