摘  要:通过产学研协同创新,结合安全阀的国家试验标准,设计一套利用增压缸进行增压的超高压安全阀试验测试系统,旨在满足超高压安全阀的性能试验要求。根据国家标准规定的试验内容确定其试验方法,利用计算机进行数据自动处理,最后打印出试验曲线,完成对安全阀有关试验项目的测试,排除人为因素的影响,保证阀件的质量。By collaborative innovation through research study and production, combined with the national testing standards of safe-ty valve, an ultra high pressure safety valve test system was designed with use of booster cylinder turbocharged, aimed to meet the re-quirement in performance test of high pressure safety valve. The test methods were determined according to the national standard of the test content, data were processed automatically, and finally the test curve was printed out by computer to complete the relevant test item of safety valve. The impact of human factors was excluded so as to ensure the quality of the valve member.
