摘　　要：目的探讨分析不同手术治疗方式在垂直分离性斜视中的临床应用效果。方法收治的垂直分离性斜视患者94例,观察比较3组患者手术治疗效果。结果术后观察,3组患者下斜肌亢进症状均消失。随访显示,3组患者手术疗效无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论根据具体病变情况,选取合适的手术方案进行治疗,可改善患者生活质量。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of different operation methods in dissociated vertical divergence. Methods 94 patients with dissociated vertical divergence were selected,and the surgical treatment effect of 3 groups were observed. Results The inferior oblique hyperfunction symptoms were disappeared in post-operation of 3 groups. Follow up displayed that there was no significant difference between the 3 groups（P 0.05）. Conclusion Select the appropriate surgical procedures for treatment according to specific lesions will improve the quality of life of patients.
