探讨恶性肿瘤患者去除白细胞输血的临床效果

摘　　要：目的就恶性肿瘤患者去除白细胞输血的具体临床表现进行研究,为恶性肿瘤的临床治疗工作提供依据。方法对我院在2012年7月~2014年8月收治的恶性肿瘤患者进行随机对照分组,总计116例,分为治疗组和对照组两组,每组58例恶性肿瘤患者。治疗组选择去除白细胞输血,与之相对应的对照组则未去除,在治疗后予以临床疗效对比,也借助此进行白细胞输血效果对比。结果对比两组恶性肿瘤患者的术后感染、病情复发、非溶血性输血反应等,治疗组均好于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论恶性肿瘤患者如果能够及时去除白细胞输血,对于术后感染、肿瘤转移控制等方面具有优势,有助于患者治疗的转归。Objective To study the specific clinical manifestations of the patients with malignant tumor and to provide the basis for the clinical treatment of malignant tumor. Methods A total of 116 patients with malignant tumor treated in our hospital from July 2012 to August 2014 were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,58 cases of malignant tumor in each group. The treatment group chose to remove the white blood cell transfusion,and the corresponding control group was not removed,then compared with the clinical efficacy after treatment. Results Compared with the two groups of patients with malignant tumor of the postoperative infection,disease recurrence,non hemolytic transfusion reaction,the treatment group were better than the control group（P 0.05）. Conclusion If you can remove the white blood cell transfusion in time, it will be helpful for the treatment of patients with cancer.
