铝碳酸镁联合奥美拉唑治疗活动期胃溃疡的临床研究

摘　　要：目的研究分析铝碳酸镁联合奥美拉唑治疗活动期胃溃疡的治疗效果。方法选取我院近4年间经内镜检查确诊为胃溃疡的患者120名,随机分成两组,对照组和实验组,每组均为60人。对照组患者服用铝碳酸镁进行治疗,实验组服用铝钛酸镁联合奥美拉唑进行治疗,比较两组临床治疗效果。结果通过比较两组患者,得出实验组总有效率95%高于对照组71.67%,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论铝碳酸镁联合奥美拉唑治疗活动期胃溃疡临床治疗效果好,是治疗胃溃疡的有效途径。Objective To study the analysis of hydrotalcite combined with omeprazole in treatment of gastric ulcer treatment. Methods 4 patients with gastric ulcer were randomly divided into two groups, the control group and the experimental group, 60 persons in each group. Control group of patients taking hydrotalcite for treatment, the experimental group taking aluminum magnesium titanate combined with omeprazole in treatment, compared two groups of clinical curative effect. Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was 71.67% higher than that of the control group（95%）, the difference was statistically significant（P 0.05）. Conclusion Hydrotalcite combined with omeprazole in the treatment of active gastric ulcer clinical curative effect significantly, is an effective way to treat gastric ulcer.
