品管圈在本科护士培训管理中的应用

摘　　要：目的通过应用品管圈的管理方法,了解品管圈在本科护士培训中的效果。方法针对2008~2012届和2013~2014届本科护士工作情况进行问卷调查,收集、汇总数据进行分析,并组织实施。结果通过品管圈活动,实施目标管理,医护人员对本科护士的满意度由89.43%提高到94.57%。结论使用品管圈活动工具,进行计划、实施、评价与反馈,统筹全局,细分层次,从而使品管圈更好的应用在各项护理管理活动中。Objective Through the application of quality control circle＇smanagement methods to understand the quality control circle＇seffectsin undergraduate nurse training. Methods The questionnaire survey is conducted for undergraduate nurses＇ working conditionof 2008 ~ 2012 and 2013 ~ 2014 grades; the data is collected,summarized and analyzed,to organize it simple mentation. Results Through quality control circle activities,the implementation of target management,The degree of satisfaction that medical worker shave toward undergraduate nurses has increased from 89.43% to 94.57%.Conclusion Use the activities tools of quality control circle to plan,implement,evaluate and feedback,consider the whole situation,divide the levelsin details,so that the quality control circle can be better applied in all kinds of nursing management activities.
