蠕形螨感染睑缘炎患者与干眼发生的关联性探索

摘　　要：目的探讨蠕形螨感染睑缘炎患者与干眼发生的关联性。方法选取2013年1月~2015年1月于我院接受治疗的蠕形螨感染患者共80例,患者依据是否存在睑缘炎症状,将其分为观察组和对照组两组,其中观察组为睑缘炎患者,对照组为非睑缘炎患者,每组患者各40例,对所有患者均行干眼三项试验。结果观察组40例睑缘炎患者的蠕形螨感染率为47.5%,所进行的干眼三项试验当中患者同时伴有干眼症的感染率为20.0%;对照组患者的蠕形螨感染率为17.5%,差异具有统计学意义。结论睑缘炎患者的蠕形螨的感染几率存在显著上升的趋势,其感染发生很大程度上可能与顽固性睑缘炎存在一定的关系,同时也会引起干眼症的发生。Objective To investigate the association between the infection of demodex in patients with blepharitis and dry eye occurs. Methods 80 cases of demodex infection patients were chosen in January 2013-January 2015 in our hospital, patients according to the presence or absence of symptoms of blepharitis, which is divided into the observation group and control group, which was observed blepharitis group of patients in the control group non blepharitis patients, 40 patients in each group of patients, all patients underwent three trials of dry eye. Results 40 cases of patients with blepharitis demodex infection rate was 47.5%, which conducted three trials in dry eye patients accompanied by dry eye infection rate was 20.0%, the control group of patients with demodex infection rate was 17.5%, a statistically significant difference. Conclusion The risk of infection in patients with demodex blepharitis there was a significant upward trend, which is largely the infection may have some relationship with the intractable blepharitis, but can also cause dry eye occurs.
