脉络膜上腔放液联合前房成形术治疗青光眼术后浅前房的临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨脉络膜上腔放液联合前房成形术治疗青光眼术后浅前房的临床治疗效果。方法对2013年6月~2014年12月收治的青光眼滤过术后发生的浅前房的用药无效患者30例行脉络膜上腔放液联合前房成形术治疗的临床资料进行分析。结果经治疗前房内空气吸收后前房无变浅,复查见脉络膜复位。结论脉络膜上腔放液联合前房成形术是治疗青光眼术后浅前房的有效方法。Objective To investigate the choroidal anterior chamber plasty tapping shallow anterior chamber after glaucoma clinical effect. Methods 30 patients with medication invalid tapping routine choroidal anterior chamber plasty clinical data were analyzed in June 2013-December 2014 glaucoma filtration surgery in occurred admitted. Results Before treatment, room air absorption no shallow anterior chamber, choroidal review see reset. Conclusion Choroidal subretinal fluid anterior chamber angioplasty is an effective method for the treatment of shallow anterior chamber after glaucoma surgery.
