摘　　要：目的探讨结肠镜下结直肠肿瘤切除术治疗效果。方法对2014年6月~2015年6月收治的结直肠肿瘤患者12例行结肠镜下结直肠肿瘤切除术的治疗方法及资料进行分析。结果所有患者均顺利完成腹腔镜手术,无中转开腹。手术时间平均190 min,术中出血平均170ml。术后住院平均（9±1.5）d。结论利用多种内镜用刀切开病变周围黏膜,沿着黏膜下层进行剥离的切除病变的一种治疗方法,能够整块地切除肿瘤,适合直径较大的平坦型腺瘤及早期癌。Objective To investigate the colonoscopic resection of colorectal cancer treatment. Methods 12 cases of patients with colorectal cancer in June 2014~June 2015 were treated colonoscopy colorectal cancer resection method were analyzed. Results All patients were successfully laparoscopic surgery, without laparotomy. The mean operative time 190 rain, the average blood loss was 170 ml. The average postoperative hospital stay was （9±1.5） days. Conclusion The use of a knife to cut a variety of endoscopic mucosal lesions around, be a method of treatment peeling removal of lesions along the submucosa can be en bloc resection of the tumor, for larger diameter fiat adenomas and early cancers.
