关于针灸联合现代神经促进技术治疗35例小儿脑瘫疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨针灸联合现代神经促进技术治疗小儿脑瘫的疗效及安全性。方法 69例小儿脑瘫患儿分为研究组和对照组,两组均给予现代神经促进技术干预治疗,研究组在此基础上配合针灸调理,比较两组临床疗效及不良反应。结果研究组总有效率88.6%,高于对照组70.6%(P<0.05)。结论相比于单纯应用现代神经促进技术干预,配合中医针灸更利于促进神经细胞生长,改善脑发育,提高生存质量。Objective Discussion acupuncture therapy combined with modern technology to promote nerve efficacy and safety of children with cerebral palsy. Methods 69 cases of children with cerebral palsy were divided into study group and control group, two groups were given modern nerve promote technical intervention, study groups acupuncture conditioning on this basis, the two groups compare the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions. Results The total effective rate of the study group was 88.6%, higher than the control group 70.6%（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Compared to the simple application of modern nerve facilitate technological interventions, with acupuncture more conducive to promoting the growth of nerve cells and improve brain development, improve the quality of life.
