摘　　要：以泉州经济技术开发区为例,通过调研,分析了开发区非公有制企业人才现状及存在的问题,提出了通过借助博士后工作站,吸引、培养高级人才,校企深度合作,培养高技能人才,构建鼓励创新平台,多渠道培养创新人才,管委会领军,营造良好的人才发展环境等手段来吸引人才,培养人才的初步建议,加强政策扶持,从长远和可持续发展的角度来解决开发区非公有制企业人才发展的问题。By taking Quanzhou economic and technological development zone as the example, through the investigation and survey, this paper analyzes the current talent situation of the non-public enterprise and its existing problems, puts forward the suggestions of attracting, training senior talents by the postdoctoral workstation, deepening university-enterprise cooperation, training high-skilled talents, building and encouraging innovation platform, cultivating innovative talents through various channels and leaders of the administration committee, attracting and fostering talents by creating the good development environment for talents, strengthening the policy support, solving the problems of talents development of non-public enterprises in the economic and technological development zone from the view of long term and sustainable develooment.
