似无关模型在多响应参数估计中的应用

摘　　要：在复杂产品质量改进或过程优化中,通常需要拟合出多个响应与因子的经验模型,响应间的相关性会影响模型参数的估计精度。介绍了似无关模型参数估计的基本方法,并与最小二乘方法进行对比,算例表明,当响应见相关性较强,似无关模型估计量的性质优于单方程的最小二乘估计量。Storage position optimization is an effective means to shorten the warehouse picking routing and improve the operation efficiency. In order to ensure the feasibility of the optimization, the relationship between the height and volume of the goods and shelf capacity bearing must be considered. In this paper, a stereoscopic warehouse lacking weight and volume data of goods is taken as the research subject. By a set of effective optimization plan, the storage position is optimized in spite of data missing. And the effectiveness of the model is verified through data simulation.
