醒脑静辅助卡马西平治疗脑卒中后继发性癫痫的疗效评价

摘　　要：目的：探索醒脑静联合卡马西平对于脑卒中后继发性癫痫病患的临床治疗效果.方法：收集2006年1月至2010年12月,本院收治脑卒中后继发性癫痫病患84例,并将这部分人员随机划分成实验组与对照组,每组42例病患结果：实验组病患好转率明显要比对照组病患高,其差异性具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论：对于脑卒中后继发性癫痫病患采取醒脑静联合卡马西平疗法,收效良好,对病患神经功能恢复有很好推动作用.Objective： To explore the Xingnaojing combined with carbamazepine for clinical treatment of post -- stroke secondary epilepsy patients. Methods： collected in 2006 January to 2010 December, after the hospital stroke secondary epilepsy patients in 84 eases, and this part of the staff were randomly divided into eXperimental group and control group, each group of 42 cases of patients. Results： in the experimental group patients improvement rate was higher risk than in the ecmtrol group, the difference has statistical significance （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： for post stroke secondary epilepsy patients take Xingnaojing combined with earbamazepine therapy, the effect is good, the disease suffer from neurological function recovery has a good role in promoling .
