摘　　要：近年来,生物信号分子的开发与组织工程技术的研究取得突飞猛进的发展,给牙周再生带来新的机遇和挑战。该文将就牙周组织再生的研究现状作一简述,重点介绍世界范围内生物信号分子和干细胞治疗牙周病的最新临床研究成果和进展。Along with recent advances in biological signal molecule and tissue engineering technology,periodontal regeneration has been gained more and more new opportunities,but also faces many challenges.This paper briefly reviewes the preclinical and clinical studies of periodontal tissue regeneration,highlighting the latest achievement and progress in the clinical study of biological signal molecules and stem cell therapy in the treatment of periodontal disease worldwide.
