摘  要:针对江苏某低渗透油田采出水"二级沉淀+二级过滤"处理工艺,结合长期出水检测数据(2013年1月至2014年12月),综合分析该时间段内油田回注水的物理、化学及生物指标,研究了油田回注水水质波动的原因。结果表明:油田回注水含油量的增加导致硫酸盐还原菌菌群扩增,而硫酸盐还原菌的代谢和增殖导致回注水中硫化物及悬浮固体含量增加,其代谢产物S2-与管道腐蚀产物Fe2+反应生成FeS造成水质恶化,过量的混凝剂会导致回注水中悬浮物含量的增加和颗粒粒径的增大。最后提出了改善该油田回注水水质的相应措施。Aimed at the secondary precipitation and secondary filtration technology for produced water treat- ment in a low-permeability oil field of Jiangsu province,and combined with the long-term monitoring data of water (from January 2013 to December 2014), this paper explores the causes of water quality fluctua- tions by synthetically analyzing the physical,chemical and biological indicators of oil field reinjection water. The results show that the increase of oil content leads to the amplification of sulfate-reducing bacteria flo- ra. Metabolism and proliferation of sulfate-reducing bacteria causes the increase of sulfide and suspended solid content in reinjection water. Then the FeS produced by the reaction of the sulfate-reducing bacteria metabolites S2 and Fe2+ produced by pipeline corrosion results in the deterioration of water quality. Excess of coagulant can cause the increase of particle size and the content of the suspended solids in reinjection wa- ter. Finally this paper proposes the measures to improve the oil field reinjection water quality.
