摘 要:以常见单头等螺距凹齿双螺杆真空泵的齿间容积变化为基础,对工作过程中气体状态的变化进行了总结,对螺杆真空泵的排气口的设计给出了一种方法。建立了一种基于热力学原理的数学模型,对其中的压缩过程进行了计算,并做了验算。本文可为研究螺杆真空泵转子及排气口的设计提供借鉴,为螺杆真空泵工作过程的热力学计算提供参考。The time evolution of the inter-tooth volume, temperature and pressure at the exhaust port of the conven- tional single-thread and fixed pitch twin-screw vacuum pumpsin the four distinctive stages, especially in the compression stage, was empirically approximated, mathematically formulated with the piston model, theoretically analyzed in thermo- dynamics, numerically simulated with software MATLAB, and experimentally measured with the Busch ACO400F vacuum pump. The compression was found to turn into recoiling compression at a time when the inter-tooth volume opens up to the exhaust port and the suction pressure decreases to below 30 kPa. Therecoiling-compression was approximated as the suc- tion of air in fixed-volume adiabatic mode, so the exhausted-air temperature can be calculated.The calculated and mea- sured temperature was found to be in good agreement. We suggest that the results be of some technological interest in de- sign of twin-screw vacuum pump.
