Effects of Sodium Sulfate on Performance,Antioxidant Capacity,Intestinal Morphology and Cecal Microflora Population of Laying Hens

摘  要:本试验旨在研究饲粮中添加硫酸钠对蛋鸡生产性能、抗氧化能力、肠道形态及盲肠微生物菌群的影响。选取健康且体重和产蛋率相近的20周龄海兰白蛋鸡450只,随机分为5组,每组6个重复,每个重复15只鸡。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验组分别饲喂在基础饲粮中添加0.3%、0.6%、1.5%、3.0%硫酸钠的试验饲粮。试验期8周。结果显示:1)饲粮中添加硫酸钠可促进蛋鸡产蛋,其中以低剂量(0.3%和0.6%)组效果较佳,但差异不显著(P〉0.05)。2)与对照组相比,饲粮中添加硫酸钠对血浆和肝脏的抗氧化指标均无显著影响(P〉0.05)。与0.6%组相比,高剂量(1.5%和3.0%)组血浆的谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性和肝脏的总超氧化物歧化酶(T-SOD)活性显著或极显著降低(P〈0.05或P〈0.01),3.0%组的血浆总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)和肝脏GSH-Px活性显著降低(P〈0.05)。3)与对照组相比,0.6%组十二指肠和回肠的绒毛高度分别提高了30.51%和42.63%(P〈0.01),0.6%组十二指肠的隐窝深度显著降低(P〈0.05),绒隐比显著提高(P〈0.05)。与0.6%组相比,高剂量(1.5%和3.0%)组十二指肠和回肠的绒毛高度及十二指肠的绒隐比极显著降低(P〈0.01),3.0%组十二指肠和回肠的隐窝深度极显著增加(P〈0.01)。4)与对照组相比,低剂量(0.3%和0.6%)组极显著降低了大肠杆菌数量(P〈0.01),且以0.6%组效果最佳。与0.6%组相比,高剂量(1.5%和3.0%)组肠杆菌和大肠杆菌数量显著或极显著增加(P〈0.05或P〈0.01)。本试验结果提示,饲粮中添加0.3%-0.6%的硫酸钠能提高蛋鸡的抗氧化能力,改善肠道形态和调节微生物菌群,且蛋鸡饲粮中硫酸钠适宜添加水平为0.6%。This experiment was conducted to evaluate the effects of sodium sulfate supplementation in laying hens diet by determining performance,antioxidant capacity,intestinal morphology and cecal microflora population. Four hundred and fifty 20-week-old Hyline W hite laying hens with similar body weight and laying rate were randomly allocated to 5 groups with 6 replicates per group and 15 hens per replicate. Hens in the control group was fed a basal diet,and hens in experimental groups were fed the basal diets supplemented with 0.3%,0.6%,1.5%,3.0% sodium sulfate,respectively. The trial lasted for 8 weeks. The results showed as follows:1) diets supplemented with sodium sulfate tended to improve the laying performance of laying hens with no significant effect( P 〉0.05),and the effect of lowdose groups( 0.3% and 0.6%) was better. 2) Compared with control group,diets supplemented with sodium sulfate had no significant influences on antioxidant parameters( P 〉0.05). Compared with 0.6% group,the activities of glutathione peroxidase( GSH-Px) in plasma and total superoxide dismutase( T-SOD) in liver of high dose( 1. 5% and 3. 0%) groups were significantly decreased( P 〈0.05 or P 〈0.01),group added by 3.0% had significantly reduced the total antioxidant capacity( T-AOC)in plasma and the activity of GSH-Px in liver( P 〈0.05). 3) Compared with control group,the villus height in duodenum and ileum of 0.6% group had significantly raised by 30. 51% and 42. 63%( P 〈0. 01); the crypt depth in duodenum was significantly reduced( P 〉0.05) and the ratio of villus height to crypt depth( V / C) in duodenum was significantly raised( P 〉0.05). Compared with 0.6% group,the villus height in duodenum and ileum and V / C in duodenum of high dose( 1.5% and 3.0%) groups were significantly decreased( P 〈0.01),and the crypt depth in duodenum and ileum of 3. 0% group was significantly increased( P 〈0. 01). 4) Compared with control group,0. 3% and 0. 6% groups
