摘  要:为确定三疣梭子蟹幼蟹对蛋氨酸的需要量,进行了为期8周的生长试验。试验设计6种等氮等能饲料(粗蛋白质49.5%,总能18.2 MJ/kg),饲料中蛋氨酸的添加水平分别为0、0.25%、0.50%、0.75%、1.00%和1.25%,实测各饲料蛋氨酸含量分别为0.61%、0.77%、0.97%、1.18%、1.44%和1.64%。每种饲料饲喂60只蟹,设成3个重复,每个重复放养平均体重为(11.27±0.13)g的三疣梭子蟹20只,养殖于长方形塑料筐中。结果表明:饲料中蛋氨酸含量对三疣梭子蟹幼蟹的增重率(WGR)、特定生长率(SGR)、蛋白质沉积率(PPV)、饲料效率(FE)和蛋白质效率(PER)有显著影响(P<0.05),当饲料中蛋氨酸含量由0.61%增加到0.97%时,WGR和SGR显著提高(P<0.05);当饲料中蛋氨酸含量由0.97%增加到1.44%时,WGR和SGR无显著差异(P>0.05);当饲料中蛋氨酸含量由1.44%增加到1.64%时,WGR和SGR反而显著下降(P<0.05)。三疣梭子蟹全蟹及肌肉粗蛋白质、粗脂肪、粗灰分和水分含量不受饲料中蛋氨酸含量的显著影响(P>0.05),肌肉氨基酸组成亦不受饲料中蛋氨酸含量的显著影响(P>0.05)。以SGR为评价指标,通过折线模型得出三疣梭子蟹幼蟹对饲料中蛋氨酸的需要量为1.07%(占饲料蛋白质的2.16%)。若考虑到晶体氨基酸在水中的溶失,则三疣梭子蟹幼蟹对饲料中蛋氨酸的需要量为0.96%,占饲料蛋白质的1.94%(以蛋氨酸在海水中浸泡60 min后的溶失率10.21%换算)。An 8-week growth trial was conducted to determine the dietary methionine requirement of juvenile swimming crabs( Portunus trituberculatus). Six isonitrogenous and isoenergetic diets( 49. 5% crude protein and 18. 2 MJ / kg gross energy) were formulated with dietary methionine supplement levels of 0,0. 25%,0.50%,0. 75%,1. 00% and 1. 25%,respectively,and the measured values of dietary methionine contents were 0.61%,0.77%,0.97%,1.18%,1.44% and 1.64%,respectively. Each diet was randomly assigned to 3replicates of 60 juvenile swimming crabs,and each replicate had 20 crabs with the average body weight of( 11.27±0.13) g which were stocked in rectangle plastic baskets. The results showed that dietary methionine content had significant effects on weight gain ratio( W GR),specific growth rate( SGR),protein productive value( PPV),feed efficiency( FE) and protein efficiency ratio( PER)( P〈 0.05). The W GR and SGR were increased significantly with the dietary methionine content increased from 0.61% to 0.97%( P〈 0.05),and had no significant differences with dietary methionine content increased from 0. 97% to 1. 44%( P〉0. 05),but when dietary methionine content increased from 1.44% to 1. 64%,the W GR and SGR decreased significantly( P〉 0.05). There were no significant differences in whole body and muscle moisture,crude protein,crude lipid and ash contents among all groups( P〈 0. 05),and there were no significant differences in the amino acid composition of muscle among all groups( P〈 0. 05). The dietary methionine requirement is 1. 07% of diet( 2.16% of dietary protein) of juvenile swimming crabs estimated by broken-line model base on SGR as an evaluation index. Considering the dissolve-loss of crystalline amino acids in seawater,make the methionine dissolve-loss rate of diet immersed in seawater within 60 min is 10.21%,the determined methionine requirement of juvenile swimming crabs is 0.96% of diet( 1.94% of dietary protein).
