全面从严治党的历史反思与现实考量

摘　　要：从严治党是国际共运的重要精神遗产,新时期如何重温"建设一个什么的党,怎样建设党"的严肃问题,是对全面从严治党的理论升华和实践创新。本文从讨论国际共运探索从严治党的历史进程出发,分析新中国成立前后两个三十年在治党上的实践偏差和理论误区,进一步归纳出领导干部要明确执政党的科学定位,把抓全面从严治党作为一种政党意识、政治自觉来坚守,这是领导干部党性和政治意识的综合体现。Governing the Party strictly is an important spiritual heritage of the international communist movement. And to tackle the issue of ＂what kind of party to build and how to build＂ in the new period is a sublimation and innovation of the theory and practice of governing the party in a comprehensive and strict way. To start with, this paper reviews the historical process of the international communist movement＇s exploration of how to govern the Party strictly. Then, it analyzes the deviation of theory and practice on governing the Party in the two ＂thirty years＂ before and after the foundation of PRC. Finally, we conclude that the leading cadres should be clear about the scientific orientation of the ruling party and adhere to administering the Party strictly as party and political consciousness, which is an integrated embodiment of their party spirit and political awareness.
