摘　　要：宗教工作应当正视宗教的社会价值,以法治路径解决好政教关系,贯彻宗教信仰自由政策;注重综合治理,加强宗教社团制度建设、自我管理与政府监督。云南边境民族地区存在境外僧人主持部分寺院活动,基督教发展迅速,境外渗透活动加剧,宗教工作部门弱化,发展问题与宗教问题交织等情况。边境民族地区的宗教治理,应变"行政管理"为"综合治理",立足实际,与"一带一路"战略相结合,进行跨领域综合构建。To do well in religious work, we must face the social and cultural values of religion; pay more attentions to the com- prehensive treatment, lawful construction of religious organizations and balance relationship between self - government and super- vision. These problems are serious in Yunnan frontier minority areas. To enhance the level of rule by law, we must transform the＂ administrative management＂ into ＂comprehensive treatment＂, Furthermore, construction of rule by law of religious affairs must be in accordance with the local actual situations in frontier minority areas and The Belt and Road Initiative.
