急性脑梗患者血清I型胶原吡啶交联终肽检测值的初步应用

摘　　要：目的：研究急性脑梗患者血清I型胶原吡啶交联终肽（Ictp）检测值的初步应用。方法：分别对动脉粥样硬化性脑梗死（ ACI）和腔隙性脑梗死（ LI）病人检测Ictp水平，然后，与健康对照者进行比较。另外对Ictp异常的脑梗死病人观察预后。结果：动脉粥样硬化性脑梗死血清Ictp值9.3±3.15和腔隙性脑梗死病人血清Ictp值6.9±2.36均与健康对照组2.13±1.05存在显著差异。同时，两组之间Ictp值的异常率58.1％和30.8％也存在显著性差异。另在两病例组中，Ictp正常组预后良好的比例73％与Ictp异常组预后良好的比例27％也有显著性差异。结论：Ictp检测对急性脑梗死病人辅助诊断和判断预后有一定的意义。Objective：Study the primary application of Ictp value test in Acute Cerebral Infarction patient cure.Methods：Measure the Ictp value of atherosclerosis cerebral infarction patient and lacunar infarction patient individually. Then compare the values with that of heath people. In addition, make observation and prognosis for the patient whose Ictp value is abnormal.Results： There is a notable difference between the Ictp value of heath people and atherosclerosis cerebral infarction patient and lacunar infarction patient. What’s more, in the two case groups, good prognosis proportion in Ictp value of normal group and abnormal group also have a notable difference.Conclusions：Ictp value test is significative for diagnosis and estimate the prognosis of Acute Cerebral Infarction patient.
