摘 要:为了研究连接管结构对分体式空调室内机噪声的影响,采用Fluent的耦合声学分析软件Virtual Lab Acoustics计算了室内机侧连接管端面的声压频谱,进而得到连接管的气动噪声特性.以变截面管道试验装置为对象,验证了数值方法的正确性.在此基础上,分析了连接管的内径、长度和拐弯处圆角半径对室内机侧连接管端面声压频谱的影响特性.结果表明:存在一个气管内径值使得室内机侧气管端面声压级达到极值,内径高于或低于此值均能有效降低气管的气动噪声;减小液管内径有利于降低液管的气动噪声;改变连接管拐弯处圆角半径不能有效降低连接管的气动噪声;减小连接管长度有利于降低连接管的气动噪声.In order to study the influence of connecting pipe structure on the noise of a split air condi‐tioner ,the numerical simulation of Fluent combined Virtual Lab Acoustics was applied ,and the aero‐dynamic noise characteristics of connecting pipe were obtained .Taking the experimental device of var‐iable cross section pipe presented in the literature as an example , the above‐mentioned numerical method was proved appropriate .On this basis ,the characteristics of sound pressure frequency spec‐trum at connecting pipe end of indoor unit with different inner diameter ,fillet radius and length of connecting pipe w ere analyzed . Results show that there exists a value of the inner diameter w hich maximizes the noise ,and either bigger or lower inner diameter of gas pipe can improve sound quality of air conditioner .The smaller inner diameter of liquid pipe is beneficial to reduce the aerodynamic noise of liquid .The aerodynamic noise of connecting pipe cannot be effectively reduced by changing the fillet radius .The decrease of connecting pipe length is helpful for reducing the aerodynamic noise .
