摘  要:提出一种以竹集成材为翼缘,OSB板为腹板的竹木箱形组合梁。以组合梁的剪跨比和加劲肋为参数,对12根梁试件的力学性能进行四点弯曲试验研究。结果表明,当剪跨比小于2.0时,组合梁出现了明显的剪切破坏特征,随剪跨比增大,极限承载力呈显著下降趋势。加劲肋能显著提高组合梁的极限承载力,提高幅度为14.7%-18.3%,对极限位移的提高幅度为1.4%-7.5%。加劲肋增强后的组合梁的初始抗弯刚度亦有大幅提高,提高幅度为9.4%-16.9%。研究表明,以OSB板为腹板的竹木箱形组合梁在工程结构领域具有很好的应用前景。A composite OSB-bamboo beam with box section was proposed with glue-laminated bamboo as flange and OSB as web. Four-point bending test study was conducted on mechanical properties of 12 beams using parameters of the shear-span ratios and stiffening ribs of composite beams. The results show that when the shear-span ratio is less than 2. 0,the composite beam has obvious shear failure characteristics,and the ultimate capacity decreases obviously with the increase of shear-span ratio. The ultimate capacity of the composite beam can be improved significantly by the stiffening ribs with the amplitude of 14. 7% - 18. 3% and the increasing amplitude for ultimate displacement is 1. 4% - 7. 5%. The initial bending stiffness of the composite beam strengthened with the stiffening ribs is also improved greatly with the amplitude of9. 4% - 16. 9%. The research shows that the composite OSB-bamboo beam with box section,which adopts OSB as web,has good application prospect in the field of engineering structure.
