迈之灵对痔组织中MMP-9、VEGF mRNA表达的影响

摘　　要：为探讨迈之灵对痔组织中基质金属蛋白酶-9（MMP-9）、血管内皮生长因子（VEGF）mRNA表达的影响，将40例痔患者随机分为两组，术前口服迈之灵者为试验组，未服用迈之灵者为对照组，取两组患者术后痔组织标本，采用半定量逆转录聚合酶链反应法检测痔组织中MMP-9、VEGF mRNA的表达。结果显示，试验组痔组织中MMP-9、VEGF mRNA表达水平均明显低于对照组，P〈0．01。结果表明，迈之灵可降低痔组织中MMP-9、VEGF mRNA表达。To explore the influence of Maizhiling on the expression of MMP-9（materix metalloproteinase- 9） and VEGF（vascular endothelial growth factor） mRNA in hemorrhoids tissue, the 40 cases of hemor- rhoid patients were randomly divided into two groups： trial group orally administered Maizhiling before surgery,and control group did not so l then , the hemorrhoids tissue after surgery in both groups was sam- pled as the specimen which was detected for its expression levels of MMP-9 and VEGF mRNA by using semiquantitative reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction （RT-PCR） method. As results, in trial group the expression levels of MMP-9 and VEGF mRNA were significantly lower than in control group（ P〈0.01）.Results show that Maizhiling can reduce the expression of MMP-9 and VEGF mRNA in hemor- rhoids tissue.
