摘  要:[目的]观察丽珠肠乐联合柳氮磺胺吡啶对溃疡性结肠炎(UC)患者的免疫调节作用以及临床疗效。[方法]收集我院2010年2月~2014年12月诊治的UC患者54例,随机分为对照组和丽珠肠乐联合柳氮磺胺吡啶治疗组。IL-10、IL-6、TNF-α表达的检测使用ELISA法。比较2组Southerland指数、肠镜评分和大便菌群评分。[结果]治疗前2组IL-10、IL-6、TNF-α表达差异无统计学意义,治疗后2组IL-10、IL-6和TNF-α表达均得到显著改善(P〈0.05、P〈0.01),但治疗组对IL-10、IL-6和TNF-α的改善效果显著优于对照组(P〈0.01)。治疗前2组患者Southerland指数、肠镜评分和大便菌群评分,差异无统计学意义,治疗后上述指标2组均出现显著减低(P〈0.05、P〈0.01),但治疗组对上述指标的改善效果显著优于对照组(P〈0.05)。[结论]丽珠肠乐联合柳氮磺胺吡啶可以显著升高UC患者IL-10表达,抑制炎症反应,临床疗效显著,具有一定的临床应用价值。[Objective] To observe the immunomodulatory effects of Bifidobiogen combined with sul- fasalazine in patients with ulcerative colitis(UC)and its clinical efficacy. [Methods]Fifty-four UC patients were sellected in Xiangqiao people's Hospital. The patients were divided into: control group and Bifidobio- gen combined with sulfasalazine treatment group. The expression of IL-10, IL-6, and TNF-α was detected by ELISA analysis. The Southerland index,colonoscopy score and fecal microflora score was compared be- tween the two groups. [Results]Before treatment, there was no significant difference in IL-10, IL-6, and TNF-α expression between the two groups. After treatment, the improvement of IL-10,IL-6,and TNF-α was better in control group than that in treatment group(P〈0.01). No obvious difference was found in the Southerland index, colonoscopy score and fecal mieroflora score between the two groups before treat- ment. After treatment, the above indexes were lower in treatment group than that in control group (P〈0.05). [Conclusion]Bifidobiogen combined with sulfasalazine can reduce the expression of IL-10 to inhibit inflammatory reaction,with favorable clinical efficacy to treat UC patients.
