摘　　要：成熟的股市文化不在于指数高低,而在于虚拟经济与实体经济的"有无相生";要想赢市场,先要赢自己;健康的股市文化需要健全的组织与机制,更需要投资者健康的心态和财富观。老子"知常曰明""知止不殆""自胜者强"的人生哲学有助于培育健康的投资理性;老子对语言假象的洞察有助克服投资者的语言盲从。The maturity of a stock market culture does not depend on the numerical height of index,but lies in the interaction of being and nothingness between fictitious economy and real economy.Winning yourself is the precondition of winning the market.It is the sound organization and mechanism and moreover,healthy mentality and outlook on wealth of investors that are necessary for a healthy stock culture.Lao Tze＇s philosophy of life helps to cultivate a healthy rational investment,such as＂understanding the always-so is to be illumined＂,＂the one stops in time so nothing can harm＂,and＂to conquer oneself is harder＂;Lao Tze＇s insight into the language of illusion can help the investors to overcome blind language.
