摘 要:探讨了超声波辅助提取石榴皮中三萜类化合物的工艺条件,以三萜类化合物得率为考察指标,乙醇体积分数、料液比、超声功率和超声时间为试验因素,通过单因素试验和Box-Behnken试验设计对工艺条件进行优化。在此基础上,建立4种数学模型对提取过程的动力学进行研究,采用决定系数(R2)、精准因子(Af)、偏差因子(Bf)和根平均方差4种模型评价参数对模型的适用性进行分析。结果显示:三萜类化合物的最佳提取条件为乙醇体积分数71.2%、料液比1∶20.2、超声功率318 W、超声时间36.7 min,此条件下的三萜类化合物得率达到0.563%;两种非线性增长模型,即:Sgompertz模型和Logistic模型可以更好地拟合动力学过程。超声波辅助提取的工艺参数及所建立动力学数学模型,均可用于石榴皮中三萜类化合物提取过程的工程放大和优化控制。This study examined the ultrasonic-assisted extraction conditions of tnterpenoids from pomegranate rind.Single factor method and Box-Behnken experimental design were used to optimize the extraction process employing triterpenoids yield as the response and ethanol concentration,solid/liquid ratio,ultrasonic power and extraction time as the independent variables.Using the optimized extraction conditions,the kinetics of the extraction process was studied by establishing four mathematical models,and the applicability of these models was analyzed by four model evaluation parameters including coefficient of determination(R^2),accuracy factor(A_f),bias factor(B_f) and root mean square error(RMSE).Results showed that the optimal extraction conditions for triterpenoids were determined as follows:ethanol concentration,71.2%;solid/liquid ratio,1:20.2;ultrasonic power,318 W;and ultrasonic time,36.7 min.Under these conditions,the yield of triterpenoids was 0.563%,and two nonlinear growth models,namely Sgompertz model and Logistic model,could better fit the kinetics.Both the optimized ultrasound-assisted extraction technique and the kinetic mathematical models can be used for industrial scale-up and optimal control of triterpenoids extraction from pomegranate rind.
