摘 要:建立了以高效液相色谱法检测化妆品中乐杀螨和克螨特的方法。样品用乙腈提取,超声提取15min,以8000r/min的转速离心3min,取上清液加入Florosil粉进行纯化,再以8000r/min转速离心3min,取上清液分析。采用SBC18柱(250mm×4.6mm×5μm),流动相为水-乙腈(体积比26:74-)洗脱,检测波长为224nm。乐杀螨检出限和定量限分别为7和20mg/kg,克螨特检出限和定量限分别为16和50mg/kg(以3、10倍信噪比计算得出),加标回收率分别为90.2%~106.4%(乐杀螨)和80.4%~103.2%(克螨特)。该方法简便、准确,适用于对化妆品中乐杀螨和克螨特的检测。A HPLC method to determine binapacryl and propargite in cosmetics was developed. Samples were ultrasonically extracted for 15 min with acetonitrile, then centrifugated at 8 000 r/min for 3 min. Florosil powder was added to obtained supematant, then it was centrifugated at 8 000r/min for 3 min again. Finally the supernatant was analyzed by SB Cl8 column (251) mm × 4. 6 mm × 5 μm). The mobile phase was water-acetonitrile (26/74, volume ratio), detection wavelength was 224 nm. The limit of detection and quantitation of binapacryl were 7 and 20 mg/kg, that of propargite were 16 and 51) mg/kg (S/N = 3 and 10), respectively. The recoveries of the method were in the range of 90. 2% to 106. 4% (binapacryl) and 80. 4% to 103.2% (propargite). The established method was simple and accurate, it was suitable for analysis of binapacryl and propargite in cosmetics.
