中西医结合治疗慢性非特异性结肠炎的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的分析中西医联合治疗慢性非特异性结肠炎的疗效。方法选取我院60例慢性非特异性结肠炎患者,将其随机分为观察组和对照组,每组30例。对照组使用西药治疗,观察组实行中西医结合治疗,观察比较两组的临床疗效、免疫状况和不良反应。结果观察组的治疗有效率为96.7%,明显高于对照组的80%(P<0.05);观察组的免疫指标也明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组均无明显的不良反应。结论中西医联合治疗慢性非特异性结肠炎具有显著的疗效,且治疗安全性较高,因此值得临床的广泛应用。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of integrated medicine in the treatment of chronic nonspecific colitis. Methods Selecting 60 cases of patients with chronic nonspecific colitis, they were randomly divided into observation group and control group, and each group had 30 cases. The control group used Western medicine treatment. The observation group used therapy of integrated medicine. The clinical curative ef-fect, immune status and adverse reactions were observed and compared. Results The effective rate of the treatment group was 96.7% which was significantly higher than 80% of the control group（P〈0.05）. Immune indexes of the observation group were obviously better those that of the control group（P〈0.05）. The two groups had no obvious adverse reactions. Conclusion The therapy of integrated medicine in the treatment of chronic nonspecific colitis has significant curative effect and higher security, therefore it is worthy of clinical extensive application.
