中西医结合治疗晚期胃癌的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨分析中西医结合治疗晚期胃癌的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析2010年9月—2014年8月我院治疗的76例晚期胃癌患者的临床记录资料。结果治疗后,治疗组的总有效率和生活质量总改善率分别为73.68%和84.21%,均高于对照组的47.37%和60.53%,具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。治疗后治疗组的NK细胞、CD3、CD4、CD4/CD8高于对照组,CD8低于对照组,均具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗晚期胃癌的临床疗效显著,具有临床推广应用价值。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of integrate d medicine in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer. Methods A retrospective analysis of clinical data record of 76 patients in our hospital from September 2010 to August 2014 was made. Results After treatment, the total effective rate and the improvement of the treatment group was 73.68 % and 84.21%, respectively, which were higher than 47.37% and 60.53% of the control group, respectively, and there were significant differences（ P〈0.05）. After treatment, NK cells,CD3, CD4, CD4 / CD8 of the treatment group were higher than those of the control group, CD8 of the treatment group were lower than that of the control group, and there were significant differences（ P〈0.05）. Conclusion The therapy of integrated medicine in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer had significant clinical effect, and had clinical application value.
