摘 要:目的探讨虚拟现实技术在急危重症护理学实验教学中的应用效果。方法选取2个班263名护理本科生作为研究对象,一个班为对照组采用传统的实验教学方法,另一个班为试验组,将教学中自由练习的3学时运用高仿真模拟人进行教学。课程结束后比较2个班学生的技能考核成绩。结果试验组学生的实验课成绩优于对照组(t=13.47,P<0.001)。结论虚拟现实技术能激发学生的学习兴趣,使其更好地掌握护理操作技能。Objective To evaluate the effects of virtual reality technology in the practice teaching of emergency nursing. Methods Totally 263 undergraduate nursing students were divided into two groups according to classes.The virtual reality technology and traditional teaching method was used in the experimental group and the control group,respectively. The outcome was evaluated using students' performance in skill test. Results The students' performance in skill test in the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(t=13.47,P〈0.001). Conclusion The application of virtual reality technology can stimulate students' learning interest and facilitate them to grasp nursing skills better.
