普瑞巴林、头痛宁胶囊联合治疗偏头痛的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的：探究普瑞巴林联合头痛宁胶囊对发作性偏头痛和慢性偏头痛的防治作用．方法：选取2012—2014年我院头痛专科门诊收治的96例偏头痛患者，按ICHD-Ⅲbeta标准分为发作性偏头痛（EM）组和慢性偏头痛（CM）组，对每组患者分别予以头痛宁胶囊、头痛宁胶囊联合普瑞巴林治疗，疗程6周．对治疗前4周、治疗2周后6周内患者的头痛程度、头痛频率或头痛累计时间进行疗效评定．三者任一评分减少30％即判定为有效．结果：EM组内，单药治疗16例有效，联合治疗19例有效，总有效率76％，两种方法无显著差异（P〉0．05）；CM组内，单药治疗15例有效，联合治疗22例有效，总有效率74％，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）．整体比较，联合治疗与单药治疗差异显著（P〈0．05）．结论：多靶点联合用药防治偏头痛，尤其对于慢性偏头痛，可能更为有效．AIM： To investigate the preventive and therapeutic effect of Pregabalin combined with Toutongning colloeystis in the treatment of episodic migraine （EM） and chronic migraine （CM）. METHODS： A total of 96 migraineurs admitted into specialist out-patient clinics of our hospital from 2012/2014 were divided into EM group and CM group according to ICHD-Ⅲbeta standard. Each group was treated respectively with Toutongning eolloeystis or Toutongning collocystis combined with Pregabalin for 6 weeks. Headachy degree, frequency or cumulative time of patients were evaluated in four weeks before treatment and two weeks after treatment, and any one of these decreased by 30%, it should be regarded as effective. RESULTS： In EM group, 16 patients accepted Toutongning collocystis and 19 patients accepted Pregabalin combined with Toutongning collocystis showed effectiveness. The total effective rate was 76%. There was no significant difference in two therapy methods （P〉0.05）. In CM group, 15 patients accepted Toutongning collocystis and 22 patients accepted Pregabalin combined with Toutongning collocystis showed effectiveness. The total effective rate was 74%, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. In all patients, the difference was statistically significant between combination therapy and monotherapy （ P〈0.05 ）. CONCLUSION： Multi-target drug combination will probably be more effective to prevent and cure migraine, especially to chronic migraine.
