摘　　要：大学理念是在不断发展中而发展的,其中以英国、德国、美国与联合国教科文组织的大学理念最具代表性,学生事务管理随着大学理念的不断深入人心而日显重要,以生为本的学生事务管理也日趋被世界各国所接受。学生事务管理是大学理念的集中体现,大学理念的高度决定学生事务管理的高度,学生事务管理是实现大学理念的有效途径。University philosophy has always been in development. The main representatives are those of British,Germany,America and UNESCO. Student affairs management is more and more important with the development of university philosophy. Student- oriented student affairs management is accepted by the countries all over the world. University philosophy is the spirit of student affairs management and embodies student affairs management. The height of the former decides that of the latter while the latter is an effective way of realizing the former.
