山西省高等教育质量水平提升的对策研究——基于本科生导师制功能提升的视角

摘　　要：高等教育质量与水平不仅是高校办学的重要标准,更是引导人才全面发展的关键依据。本科生导师制无疑为高等教育人才培养质量的提高提供了重要渠道,本科生导师制功能的提升将会从一个侧面促进人才培养质量与水平的改进。通过对山西财经大学本科生导师制实施现状的调查研究发现,作为一种新颖的人才培养模式,本科生导师制的实施过程并不顺利,实施效果良莠不齐。研究表明,坚持双向选择,加强师资力量,注重因材施教,设立考评小组,是提升本科生导师制功能的基本对策。The quality level of higher education is not only an important standard of running the universities and also the key of guiding the development of talents. Undoubtedly, undergraduate tutorial system provides an important channel to improve the quality of talents cultivation of higher education, therefore, enhancing the functions of undergraduate tutorial system will promote the amelioration of the quality level of talent cultivation from one side. Though the study on current situation of implementation of undergraduate tutorial system in Shanxi University of Finance and Economics, the author found that as a new mode of talent training, the implementation process of the undergraduate tutorial system is not smooth and the good and bad are intermingled in the implementation effect. This research shows that insisting on two-way selection, enhancing the teacher strength. According to their aptitude and setting up a group of evaluation are the basic countermeasures to promote the function of undergraduate tutorial system.
