高校科研团队构建模型及创新能力提升路径分析

摘　　要：高校科研团队作为一种组织形式,需要具备一定的要素作为科研团队构建和发展的支撑。高校科研团队的构建要素主要有人力要素、物力要素、组织制度要素等三大方面,以这三大要素作为坐标轴构建一个科研团队三维空间模型,即"科研团队构建模型"科研团队创新能力提升的措施有:引进和培养学术带头人及学术骨干,凝练研究方向;加强组织制度建设,优化管理机制;加强科技创新平台的建设,提升团队科技创新能力。As an organization,research teams in universities need certain elements to support their construction and development. Elements to construct these teams include human resources,materials and organizational system which will serve as a coordinate axis to build up a three-dimensional model for research teams,namely＂research team construction model＂. With the help of graph theoretic analysis,the author puts forward a＂structure network planning for research teams＂and thus gets effective approaches to improve innovation ability of research teams. The author further proposes specific measures to enhance the teams’ innovation ability based on practical cases.
