摘 要:目的观察Wnt10b和β-catenin在大鼠正畸牙齿移动牙周组织中的表达,探讨Wnt10b和β-catenin在正畸牙齿移动牙周组织改建中的作用。方法建立30只雄性SD大鼠左侧上颌第一磨牙近中移动模型,右侧上颌第一磨牙不加力作为自身对照。分别在牙齿移动1、3、5、7、10、14 d时处死动物,制取上颌标本。进行免疫组化分析。结果对照组大鼠牙周组织中,Wnt10b和β-catenin低表达。实验组牙周组织中,β-catenin表达增加在各时间点均有显著差异(P<0.01),Wnt10b仅在5、7、10 d时有显著差异(P<0.01)。结论 Wnt10b和β-catenin参与正畸牙齿移动中牙周组织改建。Objective To investigate the expression of Wnt10 b and β-catenin in periodontal tissue and to explore their roles during orthodontic tooth movement in rats. Methods 30 Sprague-Dawley( SD) rats' left maxillary molars movement models were established.The right maxillary molars without force application served as control. On the 1st,3rd,5th,7th,10 th and 14 th day after force application,the rats were sacrificed. Immunohistochemical staining was used to investigate the expression of Wnt10 b and β-catenin in rats' periodontal tissue. Results The expression of Wnt10 b and β-catenin was weak in the periodontal tissue of the control group. In the experimental group,β-catenin expression was significantly higher on both sides at every time point( P〈0. 01),and Wnt10 b expression was significantly higher on both sides on the 5th,7th and 10 th day( P〈0. 01). Conclusions These results indicate that both Wnt10 b andβ-catenin play an important role during periodontal tissue remodeling of orthodontic tooth movement.
