摘　　要：目的比较改良压膜间隙保持器与传统丝圈式间隙保持器在临床上的使用舒适度、成功率和对牙周健康状况的影响。方法 40例下颌第二乳磨牙早失的患者分为2组,随机戴用改良压膜间隙保持器与传统丝圈式间隙保持器,1个月后使用VAS量表法评价佩戴舒适,并分别于第1、3、6个月检查2组患者缺隙侧第一磨牙的菌斑指数、牙龈指数和探诊深度及成功率,t检验与χ2检测2组间差异。结果戴用改良压膜间隙保持器在舒适度和牙周健康维护上显著优于传统丝圈式间隙保持器组(P<0.05)。在成功率上2组没有明显差异(P>0.05)。结论改良式压膜间隙保持器相比于传统丝圈式间隙保持器,戴用更为舒适,并能显著减少对牙周健康的影响,Objective To study the clinical satisfaction and the success rateof a new style improved vacuum formed space maintainer and its influence on periodontal tissue compared with traditional band and loop space maintainer. Methods 40 patients with the need of maintaining space were divided into 2 groups randomly,each wearing one kind of space maintainers. Visual Analogue Scales（ VAS）was used to evaluate the degree of comfort wearing different space maintainers after 4 weeks. Plaque indexes,gingival indexes and probe depth of the lower first molar,and the success rate of the space maintainer were recorded after 4 weeks,8 weeks and 12 weeks respectively. All data were subject to t-test and χ^2analysis. Results The degree of comfort when wearing improved vacuum formed space maintainer was obviously higher than that when wearing traditional band and loop space maintainer and the periodontal index was also better（ P〈0. 05）. The success rates of two groups were not statistically different（ P〉0. 05）. Conclusions Improved vacuum formed space maintainer is more favorable compared with traditional band and loop space maintainer and is more effective in reducing the influence on periodontal health.
