摘　　要：民族地方文化是社会文化整体的有机组成部分,每一种文化都带着自身特有的文化遗传基因形质。保护这种文化原生态性是对这种文化遗传基因形质保持的必须措施,也是保持人类文化多样性的保障。但随着科技的进步与社会的发展,这些文化在不知不觉中渐渐异化、淡化甚至消失,怎样才能既保持科技与社会的进步,又保持人类文化的多样性,是当今人类面临的一个重要问题。Ethnic and local cultures are integrated parts of the whole of social culture. Every culture has its special gene, and to protect the ecological primitiveness of a culture is a nacessary approach to the preservation of the gene and a guarantee of the maintenance of the variaty of human culture. When the science and technology advance, these cultures become alienated, diluted and even disappeared. How to develop the science and technology while maintaining the variaty of human culture is a big ploblem that contemporary human beings have to solve.
