摘  要:目的:测定不同产地五味子藤茎中挥发性成分含量并进行分析。方法:通过水蒸气蒸馏法提取挥发油,采用GC法测定五味子藤茎中α-蒎烯、β-蒎烯、月桂烯与柠檬烯4种挥发性成分的含量。结果:五味子藤茎样品中4种挥发性成分含量差异较大,β-蒎烯>月桂烯>α-蒎烯>柠檬烯。结论:该实验方法简便、稳定、可靠、重现性好,为五味子藤茎质量评价及控制奠定了基础。Objective:To determine content of volatile oil on different growth environment of stems of Schisandra chinensis. Method:Volatile oil was extracted by steam distillation method and volatile component of α-pinene,β- pinene,myrcene and limonene were measured by GC. Results:It has significant difference (β-pinene〉myrcene〉α-pinene〉limonene) among four kinds of volatile component content. Conclusion:This experiment method is simple and stable,reliable, reproducible and can lay the foundation for stems of Schisandra chinensis quality evaluation and control.
