摘 要:目的调查肿瘤医院护士的职业价值观现状与同情心疲乏程度,并分析二者的相关性。方法随机抽取肿瘤医院456名临床一线护士为研究对象,采用护士职业价值观量表和同情心疲乏量表进行调查。结果肿瘤医院护士职业价值观评分为(111.43±10.53)分,同情心疲乏评分为(103.03±9.31)分;职业价值观各维度评分和总分均与同情心疲乏总分呈负相关(P<0.01)。结论肿瘤医院护理管理者应着重培养护士树立正确的职业价值观,降低同情心疲乏程度,提高护理服务质量。Objective To investigate the status of professional value and compassion fatigue in tumor hospital nurses, and to analyze their correlation. Methods Totally ,456 nurses in tumor hospital were recruited using random number method and were investigated using Nurses Professional Value Scale and compassion fatigue scale of medical staff. Results Scores of professional value and compassion fatigue in tumor nurses were ( 111.43 ± 10.53) and ( 103.03 ± 9.31 ) respectively, there existed negative correlation between them ( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion Nursing managers in tumor hospital should emphasize on cultivating nurses"professional value, reduce their compassion fatigue, and to improve the quality of nursing care.
