低年资护士风险控制能力的扁平化护理研究

摘　　要：目的探讨扁平化护理模式下对低年资护士任责任护士的风险进行控制的有效方法。方法针对护理部质量控制检查发现实施扁平化护理模式病房中低年资护士出现的护理安全问题,通过制度修订与落实,改变培训方式,加强团队合作等措施进行风险控制,比较控制前后低年资护士风险发生情况。结果在实施风险控制后,低年资护士护理风险发生率下降(P<0.01),患者评估缺陷风险发生率较风险控制前下降最明显(P<0.05)。结论应用扁平化护理模式降低了低年资护士担任责任护士工作中出现的各类护理风险,保障护理安全和质量。Objective To evaluate the effects of flattening nursing model on risk control of junior nurses who work as primary nurses. Methods According to the nursing safety problems in junior nurses during implementing flatting nursing mode which were discovered in quality check of nursing department, measures were made to control risk including revising, implementing and changing training methods, strengthening teamwork. The nursing risk occurrence of junior nurses was compared before and after control. Results After implementing the risk control measures, the risk occurrence of junior nurses who work as charge nurses decreased in the quality control check of nursing department （ P 〈 0.01 ）. The incidence of patient assessment defects risk had the greatest reduction after risk control （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The application of flattening nursing model decreases nursing risks of junior nurses during working as charge nurses, and guarantees nursing safety and quality.
