曲妥珠单抗联合SOX方案对晚期胃癌的治疗效果探讨

摘　　要：目的探究曲妥珠单抗联合奥沙利铂及替吉奥(SOX方案)治疗晚期胃癌的临床效果。方法将50例晚期胃癌患者分为对照组和观察组,每组25例。对照组单用SOX方案化疗,观察组采用曲妥珠单抗联合SOX方案治疗。结果观察组客观有效率为、疾病控制率优于对照组(P<0.05),两组不良反应发生率无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论曲妥珠单抗联合SOX方案治疗晚期胃癌具有良好疗效。Objective To explore clinical effect by trastuzumab joint and SOX for the treatment of advanced gastric cancer.Methods50 patients with advanced gastric cancer were divided into control group and observation group, 25 cases in each group. Control group use the SOX scheme chemotherapy, observation group adopted by trastuzumab to joint the SOX scheme for treatment.ResultsObjective effective rate of observation group, disease control rates signiifcantly better than that of control group （P〈0.05）,the incidence of adverse reactions to the two groups had no significant difference （P〉0.05）.ConclusionCurative effect of trastuzumab to joint the SOX regimen for advanced gastric cancer is good.
