复方苦参注射液在晚期胃肠道恶性肿瘤患者化疗中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨复方苦参注射液在晚期胃肠道恶性肿瘤患者化疗中的应用效果。方法将87例晚期胃肠道恶性肿瘤患者分为2组,2组均进行化疗,研究组44例在化疗基础上给予复方苦参注射液治疗,对照组43例仅进行化疗,未应用复方苦参注射液。结果研究组疼痛缓解率为61.36%,生活质量总有效率为65.91%;对照组疼痛缓解率为34.88%,生活质量总有效率为39.53%。研究组疼痛缓解率、生活质量总有效率高于对照组,2组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在晚期胃肠道恶性肿瘤化疗中应用复方苦参注射液,可缓解疼痛,提高患者的生活质量。Objective To explore application effect of compound Sophora Injection in patients with advanced gastrointestinal cancer chemotherapy. Methods87 patients with advanced gastrointestinal cancer patients were divided into two groups, the study group 44 cases given chemotherapy Fufangkushen injection therapy, the control group of 43 patients received chemotherapy only, Fufangkushen injection is not applied. Results Study group was 61.36% pain relief, quality of life, the total effective rate was 65.91%, the control group was 34.88% pain relief, quality of life, the total effective rate was 39.53%. Study Groups pain relief, quality of life was signiifcantly higher total efifciency, the two groups were statistically significant differences （P〈0.05）.ConclusionApplication of advanced gastrointestinal cancer patients in chemotherapy Fufangkushen injection, can relieve pain and improve the quality of life of patients.
