临终护理在晚期肝癌患者中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的探讨临终护理干预在晚期肝癌患者中的应用价值。方法选取我院收治的晚期肝癌患者68例,作为研究对象。所有患者病理学检查确诊为晚期肝癌,采用随机数表法将其分为护理组与对照组,每组34例,其中对照组仅接受临床常规护理,护理组在对照组基础上进行晚期肝癌临终护理干预,比较两组各项临床指标及精神状态情况。结果两组睡眠时间、焦虑评分、抑郁评分、疼痛程度及自尊水平、血压、心率比较存在显著差异,P<0.05;护理组生活质量SF-36评分及护理满意度优于对照组,P<0.05。结论对晚期肝癌患者施行临终护理干预可有效提高患者生活质量,改善患者精神焦虑、抑郁及疼痛感知状态,并对促进患者血压、心率稳定具有重要作用。Objective The application of terminal nursing in patients with advanced liver cancer.Methods 68 cases of patients with advanced liver cancer were randomly divided into nursing group and control group. The control group received routine nursing, the nursing group received nursing intervention, compared with two groups of clinical indicators and mental state.Results Two groups of sleep time, anxiety, depression score, pain ratio and self-esteem, blood pressure, heart rate were signiifcantly different, P〈0.05, the quality of life, pain and nursing satisfaction in nursing group were better than those in control group,P〈0.05.Conclusion Nursing intervention can effectively improve the quality of life of patients with advanced liver cancer.
