摘  要:体育俱乐部式教学模式已被多所高校采用,成为体育课目前的主要教学模式,该模式在校内受到学生的喜爱和欢迎,学生在选择运动项目时,即能完成学校要求的任务和课程,也能培养自己的体育兴趣和爱好,但课内的体育时数满足不了学生的锻炼需求,学生希望在课外得到充分的锻炼,因为没有相应的体育措施和体制,造成课内、课外体育活动断链的现象。针对这一现象,综合研究方法,以课外体育活动纳入体育课程体系入手,对高校体育课外活动成为学生终身体育意识的培养目标,起着重要的作用。The sports club teaching mode has been adopted by many colleges and universities physical education teaching mode,become the main current,the model loved and welcomed by the students in class.But the extracurricular sports activities are not taken seriously,the students hope to get plenty of exercise after class,because there is no corresponding physical measures and systems,resulting in extracurricular sports activities in class,broken chains phenomenon.In view of this phenomenon,the comprehensive research method,in class and out of class sports into the physical education curriculum system of physical education in Colleges and universities,extracurricular activities become training students' consciousness of lifelong sports,plays an important role in.
